Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing HarshNad International Pvt. Ltd.,By engaging with our services—whether physical or digital—you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. General Scope of Services

 

We offer:

  • Abroad Admission processes

  • IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, CELPIP coaching (offline and online)

  • Online courses (e.g., “Don’t Just Go Abroad – Build Your Life There”)

These terms apply to all services unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

2. Course Purchase & Access Policy (Digital Course)

  • You will receive access credentials after successful payment and registration.

  • Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Sharing login credentials or downloading content for unauthorised use will result in suspension of access with no refund.

3. Refund Policy

For  Consultancy & Coaching:

  • All consultancy and coaching service fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance (admission denial, drop-out, transfer, behaviour issues, delay, etc.)

  • Misconduct with staff may lead to termination of services without refund.

For Digital Course:

  • A 3-day money-back guarantee is offered only if:

    • A formal refund request is emailed to visa@harshnad.org within 72 hours of purchase

 

Refund Timeline: If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Behaviour, Ethics & Respect Policy

We maintain a strict code of respect:

  • All clients must interact professionally with our team.

  • Any verbal abuse, threats, or unprofessional behaviour may lead to service cancellation with no refund.

5. Legal Disclaimer

  • HarshNad is not responsible for visa success or university/college admission decisions.

  • Visa success depends on individual merit, government policies, and embassy discretion.

  • All guidance is based on industry expertise and cannot be construed as guaranteed outcome.

  • HarshNad will not be liable for delays, rejections, or loss due to inaccurate or incomplete documentation provided by the client.

6. Payment Terms & Platform Responsibility

  • Payments for digital courses are collected via Razorpay or other approved payment gateways.

  • HarshNad is not liable for transaction failures or bank charges. Please check Razorpay’s terms before payment.

  • Course access is only confirmed after full payment is received and verified.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

By submitting your information or purchasing any service, you consent to receive communication from HarshNad through WhatsApp, email, or phone regarding updates, promotions, or service notifications.

8. Dispute Jurisdiction

 

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
